I’ve designed creative enterprise user experiences (UX) for over 20 years. I enjoy the challenge of (initially) knowing very little about a client’s business, then applying iterative processes like “Design Thinking”, to craft digital experiences that work. I’ve been lucky to work in many industries including start-ups, energy utilities, engineering, education, local government, technology and logistics.
